More than half of the employees don't wear their masks, and the masks are nowhere to be found on their person. And I didn't notice this once or twice, but the once a week I go for the last several months. I've had people check me out that are eating as they scan my items. This is so unsafe right now, guys. I really appreciate the workers who are super nice and wear their masks, but it doesn't make sense that it isn't enforced for all employees. It's not fair to the patrons or to the employees trying to be safe.
There really is everything I recommend buying, excellent products.
You need a business tax ID in the food industry to buy anything from here. Very good prices.
Worst Manager I have ever seen in my life. They sell substandard products and upon return they refuse when even they see that that the product inside is not what the box says. I haven’t witnessed a worst Manager(Ty) in my life. Didn’t even seem like he was a manager by the way he spoke and behaved but claimed so.
Great friendly staff to assist you. Travel 40 miles to shop there.
If you have a business in the food or event industry, this place is fantastic! Difficult to find some things, but this is endemic to any big store (home depot, lowes, costco). if you take a day to just explore and take notes, it really helps. Take the time to get to know the people who work there by name and RD they can be very helpful. Especially Seafood: Stacy is REALLY helpful and he knows his stuff. Rely on his suggestions.

Absolutely the worst and most hazardous store I have ever been in! Aisles full of products on pallet! Pallet trucks zooming front an back, beeping and yelling , move or you're ok! Couldn't concentrate on purchasing while dodging trucks! Seafood dept half empty and employee was nasty when I asked about it! Wanted a smoked pork loin,only one in the case! Asked if I could open a box, employee said there was one in the case! Refused to open another box! Upon checkout, cashier had a spoonful of food in one hand and her cell in the other! Asked a manager for the stock number of those loins, he couldn't find it in a timely manner! Gave him my number and asked if he could call with the stock number, still waiting for the call! I haven't been in the store since 2015, now I remember why!

I went to restaurant depot this week to buy some food for my business. It’s a new business and I haven’t made sales yet, when I signed up online for the membership, I was told to bring a resellers permit along with an ID. But when I got there I couldn’t get a card cause they said I need more documents including some tax forms from prior years. The lady at the desk was kind enough to give me a temporary number, but it could’ve been a waste of time and gas if she wasn’t so nice. I really wish you could get a membership online without all the hustle especially during these times.
Cart was unstable and and fell. Three of my milks were harmed right outside of the door. No refund whatsoever or a sorry. Get new carts. And really long lines. I wasted another trip here. I wanted to cry over that spilled milk

Only complaint about the Restaurant Depot is that every time I go there, items will scan at the wrong price. You have to watch every item as they scan items. It sometimes will charge you significantly higher prices on several items. They always correct the prices, but yuh ou should not have to worry about things like this.
Well the trip was a typical one, not really impressed until I got to the check out... Those eyes though!!!

Got wings that was nothing like advertised. Said jumbo wings but were small miss cut wings? If it's that say that or give you something for your gas and time!!

Honestly this place was a joke. If there wasn’t a demand for this business in the area it would be closed.
Club pickup is quick and fast. No need to stand in long lines to finish billing now, just place order online and pickup at ur own convenience.
Terrible customer service. Some of the employees are helpful, others are rude and do not care anything about the customer.

Didn't know we had to have a membership prior, just had our tax ID and shopped for an hour then could not buy......should have called first since I drove all the way from Clover SC to get there. Love the place and variety, but since I could not purchase, can't give it a full rating.

I visit this location frequently and over the last 10 days have noticed that almost no employees wears a mask anymore. We have restaurateurs coming from all over the Charlotte area to buy from this store and the Managers are blatantly allowing employees to violate the health order from t he state. We'll never beat this this virus with this type of attitude. Please make all employees wear masks. WE KNOW ITS NOT COMFORTABLE! We live it every day at our restaurants, yet we enforce the policy. You should too.
Got in and out. Dont like how anyone, without signage, park in the handicap spots.
Went here this week. In the freezer section: - NO EMPLOYEES WORE A MASK. - DID NOT MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES. Out in the normal sections: - Cashier, Erika, did not wear a mask while handling all of the items on the cart. - The people checking the receipts, did not wear a mask. Some employees did wear a mask, but I wonder, what kind of management sees the following happening in their location: - Most employees are not wearing masks. - Some employees concerned about their health and the health of everyone else, are wearing masks and keeping away from their coworkers. - Essential materials going out to essential businesses while all this is happening within their teams. And does not do anything about it? Guys, I understand that it may be difficult to wear a mask, it may be difficult to live in a different way, and it may be unbearable, but you play a key role in our society so please do the part correctly or let someone else do it and you can go home. This will stay as long as we don’t fight together and if everyone isn’t on board. Do your part in your communities. Slow the spread. Needless to say, I can’t rightfully support this particular location with such poor management and care for it’s consumers and it’s own employees during a pandemic, where businesses like this, and business owners that shop there, play a part in everyone’s survival. Other business owners come here to buy things for their businesses to survive. Imagine what happens when someone contracts COVID-19 from an employee at your location due to gross negligence. The said business owner is deeply impacted in all aspects that may very well end their business and/or them. The chances of transfer in the community is drastically increased with behavior like this. Very disappointed in Restaurant Depot. PLEASE DO YOUR PART IN YOUR COMMUNITIES AND DON’T JUST SAY IT, ACT ON IT.
